Light: Place stonecrops in areas exposed to full sun. Although it can tolerate some shade, this increases risk of the plant to rot.
Soil: Well drained soil with a neutral pH. It also does well in sandy, gravelly soil that is not very fertile. Make sure soil does not have clay or this will result in the plant dying.
Water: These types of stonecrop do not need much watering. Once every two weeks is sufficient.
