This hybrid phlox is a great groundcover that can withstand the dryness of rock gardens. Unlike the Garden Phlox, the hybrid Phlox are more compressed and spread more through the landscape.
Phlox (Hybrid)
Light: Phlox needs a decent amount of sunlight. They grow best in areas that get at least 6 hours of sun a day. If you live in an area with extremely hot and sunny weather, partial shade location might be better.
Soil: Well drained soil that is loose, sandy and rich in nutrients. Soil should be slightly acidic but can grow well in neutral soil.
Water: Grows best when soil is consistently moist. Water regularly to never let the soil dry out.
