The delta maidenhair is a fast growing evergreen fern with a purple/black stalk that bear triangular fan-shaped segments. These visually stunning ferns are apart of the Adiantum genus which most varieties within that genus have leaves that repel water.

  • Light: The delta maidenhair fern can burn quite easily, so place the plant in an area with indirect sunlight that also gets partial shade. 

    Soil: These ferns prefer well drained potting soil.  

    Water: The delta maidenhair fern thrives off lots of water so consistent moist soil is ideal while regularly watering every day or every other day, never allowing the soil to dry out. If leaves start to yellow, this means you are over watering your plant.
